About
What This Is
No morning routines. No manifestation. Just the boring stuff that compounds.
Full Stack Living is a maintained library of:
- Concepts (definitions, decision criteria, when to use something)
- Protocols (the steps, plus what to measure)
- Bridges (how domains affect each other)
The goal is simple: reduce noise, increase follow-through, and make the material usable in real life. For some people, that results in positive life transformation. For others, the goal is stabilization, maintenance, or better decisions under constraint.
What This Is Not
- A universal transformation promise
- A hack collection
- A personality brand
- A substitute for medical, financial, or mental health care
How To Start
Pick the option that matches your current constraint:
- Overwhelmed: start with the Minimum Viable System
- Just browsing: read Latest Writing
- You know your bottleneck: go straight to a domain hub
The Framework
I think about life as a portfolio with four accounts:
- Health: the foundation. If this is unstable, everything else gets expensive.
- Social: relationships as infrastructure. Strong ties, weak ties, and the cadence to maintain them.
- Purpose: direction before acceleration. What you are building, and why it is worth your attention.
- Wealth: autonomy through capital. Enough margin to make good decisions.
You do not need to max all four. You do need to avoid letting one collapse while you over-invest in another.
How The Writing Is Organized
If you only remember one thing, remember this:
- Concepts explain the “why” and the decision rules.
- Protocols tell you what to do next, step-by-step.
- Bridges explain second-order effects across domains.
Most pages route you forward. If a page does not tell you what to do next, it is not finished.
Who I Am
Mid-30s. Analytical background. Married with kids. Full-time job.
I cannot optimize my life with unlimited time and perfect conditions, so everything here is designed to survive normal constraints: fatigue, deadlines, and real responsibilities.
